I specialize in helping tired burnt-out women get their energy, strength, and confidence back - because I’ve been there.

For years I struggled with fatigue, sugar cravings, breakouts, and feeling like my body wasn’t responding in the way I wanted. Everything shifted when I began fueling properly for my metabolism, and metabolic health, following a consistent strength training plan, and prioritizing rest. My energy stabilized, my skin improved, and I finally saw the results I’d been working so hard for — physically and mentally.

Now I use the blend of lived experience and science-backed training to support women who feel like they’re “doing everything right” but are still exhausted and stuck. Through tailored nutrition and personalized strength programs, I help women regulate their systems, build resilience, and feel at home in their bodies again.

Functional Testing for Personalized Insight

As part of my practice, I incorporate functional lab assessments such as the DUTCH Test (for hormones and adrenal patterns) and GI Effects (for digestive and microbiome health) when appropriate.

These advanced tools help uncover the “why” behind symptoms — providing deeper insight into hormone metabolism, stress response, gut health, and nutrient absorption. Using this data, we can create more targeted nutrition and lifestyle plans that address the root cause of imbalances rather than just managing symptoms.
