• Alexa is truly outstanding! Initially, she worked diligently to understand where I was on my fitness journey and to design a plan a program. I see her twice weekly and she always comes prepared but is ready to flex if it seems I’m ready for more difficult challenges or in need of a less strenuous session. Alexa is always available outside of that for questions and suggestions on how I can improve on my overall health and fitness journey. Every single time though I feel challenged and supported, with a passion for development and most-importantly with a smile and a friendly approach. I simply could not recommend her more highly.

  • Alexa is personable, friendly, and accommodating. That doesn't make her a good personal trainer. What makes her a good trainer is that she is both knowledgeable and thoughtful in how she designs and administers each training session. She doesn't just adapt her routines to the specific needs of a client - I've seen her revise a planned workout routine on an impromptu basis in order to accommodate or address a new issue or problem I confront her with. More than once has she followed up on her own time in order to make a recommendation or referral for me, and educates herself about a health issue I might have which impacts our training. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
